“Every day is a good day”
The following is information/excerpts from an interview with Su Lu written up in the June 2011 Backyard Fence in a feature called the Have You Met Our Members.
Sue Lu grew up in Houston Texas and throughout her life lived in many cities.
She moved to Merida with her husband in 1972.
Su Lu was a member of the IWC from 1990 until her passing in 2012.
Here are some of the questions asked during that interview and Su Lu´s answers.
What have you gotten from the IWC?
“ I can´t say enough nice things about what the club has done for me”
Do you have any words of wisdom for new members?
“We can’t make too many friends”
Is there anything else you would like other members to know about you?
“I never cease to miss working. I am not a sitter”.
