Heather Anne McKeand-Proctor, age 67, of Stratford, Ontario, passed away at the Stratford General Hospital on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. She was born in Guelph, daughter of the late Robert McKeand and the former Wilma Barlow. Beloved wife of Merton Proctor. Loved mother of Lisa Bentley (Christopher) and Margaret Pryde (Carrie Rau). Heather will also be missed by her special friends Karen Haslam, Pam Ayres and Margaret Rockcliff.
